Maintaining Masonic Decorum at Grand Lodge 2025

Grand Lodge of Canada in the Province of Ontario
Policies governing conduct at Grand Lodge remain in effect for 2025. Respect, decorum, and adherence to rules will ensure another successful and complaint-free gathering. Speak with your lodge secretary for guidance.

Brethren,

The policies introduced in prior years regarding conduct at Annual Communications will remain in effect for 2025. These measures, implemented to ensure respectful and responsible behaviour, were met with positive feedback and reduced complaints.

Hospitality Suites must be registered with the hotel, and alcohol may only be served by a Smart Serve-certified Brother. Access will require valid Lodge dues cards, and all private suites are to remain private. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and guests must adhere to all hotel and Masonic codes of conduct.

Non-compliance will lead to disciplinary action, including potential hotel bans or Masonic penalties.
For further clarification, speak with your lodge secretary.
